We have and continue to have problems with payments from customers in the UK. Some subscriptions have been affected and all new UK orders and some UK subscriptions are potentially affected. We will contact you if you have an existing UK subscription and an issue arises.
The company that processes payments has been unable to update a security protocol for UK bank accounts. We are trying to get this fixed as quickly as possible.
