We are sorry to say that due to the chaos caused by the US Administration executive order on small packages, nearly all mail services from the UK to the USA have been suspended. We are currently unable to send regular packages to our US customers. If you have a subscription, your subscription has been put on Hold and we will contact you directly by email giving you more details. We are hoping this will be a temporary measure and that mail services to the USA will resume within the next few weeks at the latest.
OUR UNDERSTANDING IS THAT AS MOST OF THE PACKAGES WE SEND TO THE USA ARE VALUED AT LESS THAN $100, THESE SHOULD NOT BE EFFECTED BY ANY NEW TARIFFS OR OTHER NEW CHARGES BROUGHT IN BY THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION. We will be doing everything we can to ensure we resume a regular service and that your are not penalized financially in any way. As with many other countries, the UK mail service is simply waiting to find out what the USA mail service requires and how to ensure smooth passage of our packages.
