Our info@biomerestoration.com email was compromised on Thursday, we were able to secure our email address within a few minutes once we were aware of what was happening, however the hackers did obtain email addresses and sent out requests for credit card details.
We will never ask you to send your card details by email. If you receive such a request from an email that looks like our email address please contact me on (0044) 7943881354. No legitimate company should ever request credit card details by email.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. No personal information except email addresses was accessed. We are aware that the hackers have continued to try to obtain card details using info.biomerestoration@post.com now that they are unable to use our email address. If you receive an email address from this address please just delete it.
